What we didn't know though was whether it also supports young talent to progress their career.

Research of our database of alumni shows that 50% currently have a management position, leading a team. Nevertheless only 15% of the participants in our programs is on such a level when they enter the training. Could there be a correlation between mastery of Salesfunnel or ENS and career development?

As an employer you may think: Am I investing in future leaders for my own business or the competition? Good news! 70% of this group is still with the company who paid for their training.

Obviously, there are various things that help people climb the ladder. Talent, relationships and results are some of them, and a bit of luck is required as well.
